Great hotel located close to P+R Spittelau (10min walk, 5 Euros per 24h for the car). There is a huge construction work opposite of the building's entrance. Though, I had my room towards the inside of the building and there it was absolutely calm,

I like the size of the room and the location. It's close to Franz-Josef Hbf and there's a tram station nearby which is very convenient if you're going around.

First of all, when we first came in the guy that works on reception was amazing and gave us all important information about city and metro (I think the guy name was Christoph or something like that).Our room was clean and ladies who were cleaning were also nice. We are going to recommend this hotel to our friends and hope to come again soon, but this time at spring.
